- Employ the best skilled, certified technicians available.
- Demonstrate a belief in ongoing employee training.
- Commitment to performing quality repairs and service.
- Support the principles of fair and equitable customer practices and provide a means for the fair settlement of customer complaints.
- Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations pertaining to the shop’s operations and position in the community.
- Name FleetPride as primary supplier for heavy-duty truck parts.
- Take an active interest in advancing the state and image of the shop, the industry, and the FleetCare Truck Service Center network.
- Accept referrals from FleetPride’s network of national fleet accounts.
- Formal participation in the FleetPride Nationwide Warranty program.
- Treat new customers brought in by the FleetCare network in the same professional manner as regular, local customers.
