  • Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations pertaining to the shop’s operations and position in the community.
  • Name FleetPride as primary supplier for heavy-duty truck parts.
  • Take an active interest in advancing the state and image of the shop, the industry, and the FleetCare Truck Service Center network.
  • Accept referrals from FleetPride’s network of national fleet accounts.
  • Formal participation in the FleetPride Nationwide Warranty program.
  • Treat new customers brought in by the FleetCare network in the same professional manner as regular, local customers.
